We loved their metrics and research of comps and knowledge of our market. They adapted immediately with all of the extra rules and precautions that came alone with Covid-19 issues (limited number of people in our home at one time, signed attestations of health and well being before being “qualified” for a showing, etc.). The use of Facebook to record our open house was excellent in any situation, but especially with a public health emergency) as it could be seen my anyone, any time, as many times as desired. Also, the 3-D tour was just as cool as it was helpful for interested buyers to see the entire property, 24/7, and even do measurements!
